With this episode he talks about the recent release of Adobe Lightroom 4 Beta, along with the hopefully release of Apple's Aperture 4. He also talks about the new release from Corel called AfterShot Pro.

After listening to Derrick's review of AfterShot Pro I did download the 30 day free trial. Spend about an hour today fooling with the program and it is pretty impressive. It imports images very fast. It has layers build into so you do not have to do round tripping or use plug-ins. Will it take the place of Lightroom and or Aperture? Personally I do not think so, however it does have some cool feature. It is worth trying for free for 30 days. Will give more input after I spend some more time using this program.
