Out and about today I caught these guys doing some windsurfing. It was a very overcast day. The photos below where shot with the Canon 7D with the Canon Zoom Telephoto EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS (Image Stabilizer) USM Autofocus Lens. The camera was mounted on a monopod.
